The restaurant closed at 8pm and we arrived at 7.30pm and ordered roasted pork ribs, roast beef, pork shredded pork, potato salad and peas. The food was hot enough. The roasted ribs were soft and crisp, and everything was hard enough to separate the bone. The meat was fragrant and not too salty. The beef is a bit dry, the pork shredded, and the potato salad is refreshing and not sticky. There are six sauces to choose from, and I like the southwest sauce. If there is a chance, I will come again.
